Our bugzilla was broken during the server transition mostly because I'm not proficient enough with postgresql and I was expecting to have its datafiles work flawlessly once copied. Feng new rtsp parser has been deemed to be safe enough to be merged back in the main branch. Please try it and report any issue. It should be faster, leaner and nicer to read and work with. As an added bonus http-tunnelling is supported now.
